Firstly, to check that the cottage is available for the dates you wish to stay,

Prices:

  • The standard tariff is $250 - $350 per night for two people, plus $60 per night for each extra person.
  • Discounts are offered for stays of longer than four nights.
  • Lower rates are available for off-season bookings (May to September).
  • Prices include New Zealand Goods & Services Tax.

Arrival and departure: In general the earliest arrival time is 2pm, but earlier arrivals can be accommodated subject to arrangement. Departure times can also be flexible, depending on other subsequent guest bookings.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable, for genuine reasons to fulfill your booking, we will not necessarily require full payment. However, in general, bookings cancelled within seven days of due start date are subject to full payment if the cottage cannot be relet. At certain times of the year, a deposit may be required.
